Sports Massage

Sports massage is a form of deep tissue massage that is used to assess soft tissue and used as a tool for recovery and relaxation.

Each appointment will take place in a private clinic room where we will use a variety of soft tissue based techniques to manipulate, compress and stretch soft tissues of the body.

Each appointment will be specific to you and your needs for the session. 

Sports massage is suitable for anyone from high performing athletes as part of pre and post event prep and recovery to desk based workers who suffer from back ache.
