About me
I have been working in the fitness industry for 14 years. Iām fascinated by human movement and how differently one person achieves the task of movement to another. I love being able to help people get out of pain and improve overall efficiency of movement and enable them to reach their true movement potential.
I completed a BSC Hons in Sports Science and Physiology and went on to do further studies in Sports Massage and became Level 4 qualified, which is recognised by the Sports Massage Association.
I have recently completed a Mentorship programme, with Redpill Training learning about Human Biomechanics. This has given me in depth knowledge of human movement and completely changed my thought processes around how to assess and treat people.
I work with high level athletes, post operative patients, post-partum mothers, runners, gym goers and Crossfitters and anyone else who wants to get out of pain or enhance their movement mechanics.
I have played many sports at a high level; I have competed in CrossFit competitions, a sprint triathlon and recently completed my first Hyrox competition.
In my free time I love to spend time outdoors, paddle boarding, running, cycling and swimming and train regularly in the gym.
